Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Including all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our bed socks and vests unless they are defective or incorrect items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Include your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange
  3. Wait for our Louisville-based team to send you return instructions
  4. Package your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging)
  5. Ship the return to our address (return shipping is at your expense)

Return Shipping Information

You may return your items using any carrier of your choice. For your convenience, we recommend:

  • International returns: DHL or FedEx for tracking purposes
  • Domestic returns: USPS Priority Mail with tracking

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges (size or color changes on the same item):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate your desired exchange in your email
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product from our collection (such as our signature dressing gowns or pyjama sets):
